What is Spinning Babies®?
The focus of the Spinning Babies® techniques is on where the baby is in the pelvis, how it can affect labor and what you can do in pregnancy and labor to help your baby get in an ideal position to have an easier birth.
Babies tend to use the space that is available to them. If your baby is posterior (also called sunny side up), transverse or breech late in pregnancy, it is often due to the alignment in your body.
In the Spinning Babies Parent class, you will learn why your baby's position matters and what you can do to be proactive and get your baby in an ideal position for birth.
Whether you are preparing for a hospital birth (with or without medication), a home birth or a VBAC you will benefit from these techniques.
